1. Introduction

Welcome to [Tiffany Rental]. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website [https://tiffanyrental.com/] and the rental of vehicles through our platform. By accessing our website or renting a vehicle, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

To rent a vehicle, you must:

· Be at least 18 years old (or age required by law).

· Hold a valid driving license for at least 1 year.

· Provide a valid ID or passport.

· Provide a valid payment method (cash / card).

We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

3. Reservations

· Reservations can be made through our website, WhatsApp, phone, social media or email.

· A reservation is confirmed only after receiving confirmation from us.

· We reserve the right to substitute the vehicle with a similar model if necessary.

4. Payments

· Rental fees must be paid in full at pickup unless otherwise agreed.

· A security deposit of 150 EUR may be required and will be refunded after vehicle inspection.

· Additional charges may apply for:

· Late return

· Fuel differences

· Traffic fines

· Damages

4.1 Damage Types and Penalties

The renter is fully responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the rental period, regardless of fault, unless covered by insurance and properly reported. The following charges may apply:

• Tyre puncture: Cost of tyre repair will be charged. If the tyre cannot be repaired, replacement cost between 55–100 EUR, depending on tyre type and market price.

• Wheel rim damage: Repair or replacement cost between 80–150 EUR, depending on severity and rim type.

• Scratches, dents, or body damage: Repair cost based on official repair estimate, typically 50–500 EUR depending on size and location.

• Broken or damaged mirror: Replacement cost between 50–150 EUR.

• Broken lights (front/rear/indicators): Replacement cost between 60–120 EUR per unit.

• Interior damage (seats, dashboard, panels, burns, stains): Cleaning or repair cost between 50–150 EUR.

• Lost or damaged key: Replacement cost between 150–300 EUR, depending on vehicle model.

• Dead battery caused by renter negligence (lights left on, etc.): Service and assistance fee between 30–80 EUR.

• Wrong fuel usage: Full cost of draining, cleaning, and repairs, minimum 150 EUR.

• Excessive dirt requiring deep cleaning (mud, stains, smoke smell, etc.): Cleaning fee between 30–100 EUR.

• Accident caused by renter negligence or violation of terms: Renter is responsible for all uninsured damages and related costs.

All costs may be deducted from the security deposit. If the damage exceeds the deposit amount, the renter agrees to pay the remaining balance.

 

5. Vehicle Use

The renter agrees:

· Not to use the vehicle for illegal purposes.

· Not to sub-rent the vehicle.

· Not to allow unauthorized drivers.

· Not to drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

· Not to take the vehicle outside permitted geographic areas without permission.

6. Insurance and Liability

· Vehicles are insured according to Albanian law.

· The renter is responsible for damages not covered by insurance or caused by negligence.

· The renter is responsible for traffic fines during the rental period.

7. Pickup and Return

· The vehicle must be returned at the agreed time and location.

· Late returns may incur additional charges.

· The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as delivered.

8. Cancellations

· Cancellations made at least 2 weeks before pickup may be free of charge. (deposit refunded as a cupon)

· Late cancellations may incur a fee.

9. Website Use

You agree not to:

· Use the website for unlawful purposes.

· Attempt to hack or disrupt the website.

· Copy or reuse website content without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

· Indirect or consequential damages.

· Loss of personal belongings left in the vehicle.

· Website interruptions.

11. Privacy

Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Republic of Albania. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Tirana, Albania.
